  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Follow Up Session

Once you followed your initial plan for a week or two, it’s time for a follow up! In this call,Β  we go over your progress, check if you had challenges and then go to the next step- consistency and lifestyle! The food plan maybe altered slightly, we can play around with it, try new things, yet this call is also concerned with getting you moving πŸ™‚ We discuss exercise, fun activities, stress relief, sleep and nutrient deficiencies. Once you are on the right track, you can follow this for another week or two, then we work on creating a calorie deficit, if your main goal is weight loss. We can also do a 3 Day cleanse,Β  try intermittent fasting, follow a thyroid therapeutic diet, do a liver cleanse or a bowel flush- so many things to do and we have all the time in the world πŸ™‚

βœ¨πŸŽ‰This is my story, my transformation,my success story, this is Me @nehal_elkoshairy_nutritionist βœ¨πŸŽ‰. . I was diagnosed with #hypothyroidism in 2017 . I had all symptoms: fatigue, digestive issues, weight gain, muscle pain, dry skin, brittle nails. I had no appetite, yet I looked inflamed and couldn't lose weight. I either didn't eat or had bouts of emotional eating. . I struggled with stress and self image; I felt ugly, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, I was so fragile, always ready to cry and break into pieces. . I tried every diet out there, keto, intermittent fasting, paleo,detoxes, nothing helped. . My secrets to success Ψ§Ω„Ψ­Ω…Ψ― Ω„Ω„Ω‡ 1. I started with yoga to ease my body, then started exercising regularly. This made me feel great and hungry πŸ˜‹. . 2. Continued doing paleo and created a calorie deficit. . 3. Started meditation and #positiveaffirmations: game changer for my self worth and self image. . 4. Followed an 80/20 rule. Ate very healthy most of the time and allowed myself to indulge mindfully when I felt like it, without guilt or shame πŸ€—. . 5.
